Claylin Earthen Floor Training 3 Day intensive
When: February 3rd, 4th, 5th, 2012
Where: Mendocino, California
What will you learn?
The instructions include: preparing the space, tool use, mixing, and application techniques for both base floor and finish floor, burnishing, finishing and doing repairs. This is a hands-on workshop. Participants will receive a Claylin manual and a completion certificate, which counts towards becoming a certified Claylin installer.
What to bring:
knee pads
clothes to get dirty in
gloves to get muddy in
wood float
stiff rectangular non stainless steel trowel
eye protection
ear protection
respirator with organic vapor cartridges
Why: to learn how to install your own Claylin floor and/or start contracting to install many Claylin floors
